PARRING PROJECT

One of the most unique projects ever undertaken by Liquid Design, this disused basket ball hall was the foundation for an amazing residential conversion encapsulating 9.5 meter ceilings, a suspended mezzanine with balcony, open plan living / dining  / kitchen and four fabulous bedrooms and bathrooms.

The steel skeleton of the original hall was retained, as was the magnificent 55 year old hardwood floor. The finished product barely resembled anything like the original structure, but as space and openness were the clients’ main requirements, the transformation from an old unloved hall to brand new luxury home was absolutely incredible.
