SOUTHBANK PROJECT

The client brief for this unique project was the merging of two separate sub-penthouse apartments into one. Body Corporate regulations placed renovation and building limitations, but through compromise and innovative design, a chic modern high-end product was achieved.

Clean, sharp-edged and contemporary lines, reminiscent of an environment similar to that found in a boutique hotel were the primary consideration for the design brief. A crucial design element of the brief was encompassing the expansive outdoor area into a functional living and entertaining space, complementing the internal open plan style of the apartment. Glass surrounds maximise the spectacular city views.

The results are simply stunning.
