YARRAMBAT PROJECT

An exciting new project recently completed by Liquid Design encompasses a large eight-car basement garage, gymnasium and workshop (approximately 60 squares) beneath a functional, open plan and family-friendly living space of approximately 100 squares.

The client's brief was one of space and proportion, yet design flair with an active, growing family in mind. The tennis court, swimming pool and gymnasium confirms the client's sporting and recreational needs, and the cabana, outdoor fire pit, indoor/outdoor bar, large alfresco, sunken lounge, games/rumpus and gallery/theater rooms offer multiple living zones defining the entertainment aspects of the home.
